We aim to respond within two business days. If your message is about an urgent bug that produces a wrong number, please include the URL of the page so we can reproduce it exactly.
What to tell us
Bug reports
- The URL where you saw the problem (the URL contains your scenario inputs — that’s usually all we need).
- What you expected to see, and what you saw instead.
- Your device and browser, if the issue looks like a display problem.
Tool requests
Tell us the calculator you need, what inputs it takes, and the result you want. If you have a worked example with numbers, even better — it helps us validate the math.
Disputed numbers
Every calculator is based on a published formula and explicit assumptions. If you think a result is wrong, send us the inputs and your reasoning. We’ll either fix the bug, explain the assumption, or refine the assumption with you in the loop.
Press & partnerships
Same email. Brief us in one paragraph: who you are, what you’re working on, what you need from us, and a deadline if there is one.
Source & transparency
The calculation engine that powers every tool is intended to be open-sourced under an MIT-style license. If you spot a math error in the formulas, we’d especially love a pull request. Until the repo is public, send corrections to the email above and we’ll credit you in the changelog.
